Chancellor's Budget Message to Faculty, Staff and Students:
Dear Friend of Higher Education,
As chancellor of the North Dakota University System, one of my top priorities is to facilitate an engaged dialog with key constituents of higher education. It is my goal to create opportunities for open discussion and an exchange of ideas.
