Voutsas presents in Aberdeen, S.D.

Posted on 5/30/2012

Kostas Voutsas, assistant professor of business at Dickinson State University at Bismarck State College, delivered a keynote presentation at South Dakota State Human Resources Conference on May 17, 2012.

Kostas's presentation talked about diversity and inclusion, bridging the cultural and generational gap, as well as communicating with people with disabilities.

"You don't have to feel awkward when dealing with a person who has a disability," said Voustas. "People with a disability are friends, parents, colleagues, employees, supervisors, customers and leaders. Organizations, individuals, and communities need to provide collaborative and inclusive opportunities where people with a disability can participate equally in community life."
