Second annual DSU Engineering Camp scheduled for June 4-6

The second annual Dickinson State University Engineering Camp will take place June 4-6, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Murphy Hall.
Engineering Camp is designed to educate sixth through ninth grade students about the importance of what engineers do on a day to day basis such as: building roads and bridges, solving problems and providing clean water, food and living environments for communities.
During the three day camp, students will work alongside engineers from the community of Dickinson in hands-on activities as well as take a fieldtrip to see real engineers at work. Engineering Camp is sponsored by Dickinson State University, North Dakota STEM Initiative, Montana Dakota Utilities, Hebron Brick and Kadrmas Lee & Jackson Engineering.
The camp is open to all boys and girls entering sixth through ninth grade. Admission is $30 per person. Participants will receive a camp t-shirt, lunches, snacks, field trip transportation and all camp materials needed.
