The Academic Affairs Council is comprised of the chief academic officer from each NDUS campus, a faculty representative, and the Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs. Through monthly meetings and other initiatives, the Academic Affairs Council assists and supports the State Board of Higher Education, System campuses, and the Chancellor's Office by proactively identifying educational needs and System-wide challenges affecting students.
The Academic Affairs Council takes an active role to develop innovative and results-oriented action plans to address these issues. The Council is looked upon as a resource to provide guidance and leadership for academic improvement throughout the North Dakota University System.
